Monstropolis is the home of the animated movie Monsters Inc. and it is a city filled with monsters. In the middle of the city, the main energy supplier, a factory named Monsters Incorporated or Monsters Inc, can be found. Monsters, Inc. is one of the most amazing factories in the monsters world and the city is powered by the energy which is obtained from children screaming.

Monstropolis is a city which runs on the energy which is obtained from children screaming. Kids scream when they scare. All of that energy is used in the city to make it run. The only energy used in Monstropolis is the energy from children screaming. The factory is run by professional scarers. It is ran and runned by kids. The professional scarers enter kids rooms and through the closet doors which are used as magical doors, then scare the kids and capture their screams. Monsters believe that children are dangerous and that is the main reason why contact with children is avoided.

The principal characters of Monsters, Inc. are the top scarer in the company, James P. “Sulley” Sullivan, and the Builder Mike Wazowski, who is his best friend. While Mike is small, green and one-eyed, Sulley is big, furry, blue with purple spots, and very much the top wrestle in his thick fur which means he is also the strongest of the wrestlers. Both are very much top wrestlers and pursue top scarers. Sulley is in a close race with Randall Boggs, a slippery, chameleon-like monster, who also happens to be Sulley’s rival for top scarer. “The adventure begins when a young human girl, later nicknamed Boo, for some reason enters the monster world after Randall leaves his door open. At first Mike and Sulley are scared as they, like most, are told that children are deadly. But in a twist of events, they find that Boo is quite the opposite which is so sweet and inquisitive. Sulley gets very fatherly with Boo, and Mike on the other hand begins to worry thinking of the bad things that would happen if Boo is allowed to stay in Monstropolis. “As they unfold the drama of Boo, they unearth a covert operation of Randall lurking in the shadows. This sham goes against the companies ethics and was bound to put Boo in trouble. This is a crucial moment as Randall, Boo, Sulley and Mike embark on a very tangled web of ethical, motive driven, and animated world that will lead to shocking revelations of Monstropolis and the energy it extinguishes.”

At the climax, the monsters understand that the children’s laughter is not only safe, but is stronger than any scream. Sulley becomes the new CEO of Monsters Inc. and he transforms the company into a collector of laughter and joy, and not fear. Although Sulley misses Boo a lot, he is glad to know that she has safely returned home. He is also consoled by the fact that their friendship has forever changed the monster world.
