He is married and has two daughters, Tabitha and Tina. He is an affectionate father, active in his daughters lives, and relishing the opportunity to play with the younger daughter, and supporting his older daughter in her school activities. Tims brother, Ted Templeton, who used to be the Boss Baby, and Tim as children, seemingly side by side, have shared the estrange and growing apart over the years. Ted is now a successful and wealthy CEO.

Tim is most ordinary father, but most ordinary father have most extraordinary child. Tims daughter Tina is a BabyCorp secret agent. Tina speaks to Tim and explains BabyCorp is in need of the brothers assistance to complete a critical mission. Tina gift the brothers a magic formula that temporarily turns adult back to children. Ted and Tim use the formula complete the secret mission as children.

Your assignment is to carry out surveillance on Tabitha’s prestigious school, the Acorn Center for Advanced Childhood. Dr. Erwin Armstrong leads the institution. While he is charming, there is a lot of mystery surrounding him: he is a disguised baby who intends to reshape the world by turning children against their parents. He is determined to equip children with the independence to take control, permanently severing the adult-children relationships.\

In order to get close to Tabitha, who is his assignment, Tim, disguised as a child named “Marco,” enrolls at the school. He discovers that Tabitha is performing well in school, but the conflicting feelings of pressure surrounding expectations take a toll on her self-confidence. Tim engages in his first undercover operation, which helps him regain a lost connection with his daughter. He understands some of the overarching principles: to listen, to understand, and, most importantly, to be there.

Ted’s mission role also brings domination and business-like order to mission planning. He has a distinct energy that contributes to the plan’s devising, and in turn, the mission’s execution. He is also learning to be emotionally open and connected.

Each character has problems of their own. For the brothers, these challenges include sneaking through a high-tech, state-of-the-art school, contending with other clever peers, devising counter strategies to Armstrong’s intricate plans, and even piloting makeshift flying vehicles to escape after a rough chase. On a deeper level, however, the movie becomes a story of personal growth. For Tim, regaining the cheerful imaginative wonder of childhood, for Ted, a realignment of values to prefer family to relentless pursuit of ambition, for both brothers, the thick consoling embrace of unity.

Hurry to the climax, Tim and Ted get to confront and pursue Armstrong with the aim of foiling his plans. Their brothers’ teamwork is rooted in empathy and sentimental love for their family, and this helps them in their foiling all Armstrong plans and in saving the day. Magic formula dispenses little by little while the brothers go back to their adult selves. Their transformations become all the more remarkable as they reunite in their changed roles as uncle and father, poised to become more present in the lives of their family again.

The closing is bright and optimistic. Tim pens a story with a personal touch inspired by their adventure, and the Templeton family is once again stronger after this unifying experience. They embrace the idea of growing up while retaining a sense of wonder, love, and connection.
